Your future duties and responsibilities

• Support Team Lead is responsible for the IT Production quality of his aligned Project Team / Group of Applications / Value stream. He ensures Production processes and practices are properly applied on daily basis by all resources in charge of IT Production across the team.
• He/she manages the relationship with his aligned business, and he is responsible of his users’ satisfaction
• His/her responsibility covers all GM IT systems and infrastructure used by his aligned Project team(s) on Production environment.
• He/she is focused on his team’s Support Backlog health monitoring and on reducing its team recurrent workload, using all existing leverages (dev prioritization, robotization, Chatbot)
